Without our supporters we simply could not provide the high-quality, free care that our patients and their families need at a time that they want it the most.
We are grateful for your support and we want to give you something in return. We want to make your experience of giving to LOROS a positive one, and that’s why we want to make a special commitment to you.

Anyone who takes a donation from you on behalf of LOROS will be understanding and respectful

We will handle your gifts responsibly and in a way that is most effective for LOROS. If you choose to let us decide where your money can be best used, we will spend your money wisely, ensuring it goes to the area in greatest need.
3. We promise to thank you and update you on the difference you make
You will receive regular updates on how your gift is being used and the impact it has had. All of our fundraising communications will be honest, truthful and will comply with the law.
4. We will be responsible with your data
We promise to store your personal details safely and securely, and we will never sell, trade or swap your data with third parties. Your confidentiality will be respected at all times. We will comply with the law relating to fundraising and the use of personal data in line with all relevant data protection legislation.
5. We will respect your wishes
We want to get our communications right for you. We promise to communicate the way you want us to and how often.
