Responsibilities & Requirements

Do you enjoy working in a busy office environment? Do you enjoy administration and finance and customer service? Are you an organised, methodical thinker with a keen eye for detail? You will be a point of contact for incoming calls from our supporters therefore a high level of customer service skills is required. Due to the level of compliance surrounding gambling, you will also need to remain up to date with policies and procedures within the Supporter Engagement team.
