Job description

Responsibilities & Requirements

Are you a detail-oriented administrator looking to make a difference in a supportive team? We’re seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to deliver smooth and professional recruitment and excellent HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in HR as we’ll provide full training, including hands-on experience with our HR system, SelectHR. We will support you to develop subject matter expertise as a focused and efficient contributor to the team, enabling you to assist with initial questions and queries but escalating as required.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong administrative skills and a sharp eye for detail

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Great prioritisation and administration skills

We’re open to considering this role as a Level 3 apprenticeship if that’s something you’re interested in.

If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership of your work and show initiative, we’d love to hear from you!
