I am thrilled to share that our Volunteering Manager, Ray Brydson, has successfully completed the ICB’s Developing Diverse Leaders programme – an award-winning initiative designed to promote inclusion and increase the representation of diversity in senior management.
The programme, which combines structured face-to-face and online development sessions, also included action learning sets aimed at equipping participants with the tools to excel as leaders in increasingly senior roles. Ray’s commitment and dedication throughout the programme have been truly inspiring, impressing both fellow participants and programme leads, and her success reflects her excellence in leadership and her own passion for fostering inclusivity at all levels.
Ray was presented with her certificate of successful completion by the ICB’s Bina Kotecha, Deputy Chief Officer - Culture, OD and Inclusion, alongside a symbolic crane in a glass bottle gifted by Alice McGee, Chief People Officer, at a celebratory event held at the Mattioli Woods Arena on 6th March 2025.
LOROS are incredibly proud of Ray’s achievement and look forward to seeing the positive impact her continued leadership will bring to the charity. Congratulations, Ray!
