Opticians Opticare had a clear vision of how they wanted to celebrate their 30th Anniversary; by loving local and supporting LOROS.
To commemorate their landmark year, Opticare chose to donate £1 from every pair of spectacles sold throughout July & August to LOROS and Beaumond House Hospice.
The scheme raised a wonderful £406.00 for each charity and really allowed Opticare’s customers to know that their purchase was making a difference! Huge thanks to Mr Shah and colleagues Rebecca (branch manager) and Emma (optical assistant) for welcoming us to their Anstey branch.
Supporting charity in this way (whereby a business gives a fixed amount per sale to charity) is called being a Commercial Participator.
