Huge congratulations to the team at Brooksby Foods and Kettleby Foods who came second in the Samworth Brothers Corporate Challenge and raised a stunning £11,597 for LOROS.
Following on from a successful corporate Charity Challenge event back in 2017 both sites chose to continue their partnership with LOROS as their Charity of the Year (COTY) for both 2018 and 2019.
Both businesses have now completed this year's challenges and a few of the staff came to visit the Hospice for a tour and to deliver their amazing cheque.
Stephie Brooks, Communications officer for Samworth Brothers Meals, said: "A big thank you to Magda for the very informative tour of the Hospice; we all really enjoyed it and appreciated her time very much. We are looking forward to partnering the Hospice once again next year."
Magdalena Korytkowska, Partnership Development Lead at LOROS added: "It was an absolute pleasure to show the team around and be able to say a personal thank you to them. I hope they found the tour informative and inspiring and that our gratitude for all their support was evident to them.
"They have gone from strength to strength for us and I am delighted to hear that they have chosen to support us next year too - we are all very excited to be working with this proactive team once again."
