Britannia Garment Packaging, who have chosen LOROS as their Charity of the Year (COTY), began their fundraising by raffling off a beautiful gift basket made by one of their colleagues, Clare Walker. Clare’s little girl Ellis also made some lovely marshmallow sweet cones, which sold very well.
Pictured below is the winner, who was obviously keen to win as he bought £7 worth of tickets!
Katy Smith, Customer Support Supervisor at Britannia said: "We now have a swear box and a donation box, both doing well and our donation station is filling up nicely!
"Our next venture will be a sweet shop and Clare is going to make us an Easter basket to raffle.
"Both I and another lady will be doing the Rothley 10k too."
We wish them every success in each of their ventures and look forward to working with them and seeing what they get up to next.
