Amicare recently held a Family Fun Day at Amicare House to raise money for LOROS.
Amicare, is a local family run domiciliary care agency, based in Thurmaston Leicestershire. They have been providing care to vulnerable, elderly and end of life individuals, in their own homes since 1995.
LOROS, has provided their services to individuals, within Amicare on a professional and personal level for many years and as an organisation have worked in partnership with LOROS.
They had a hugely successful day and raised £750.00, even in the middle of the heatwave!, This will make a great difference to the work we do here at LOROS.
Maria Goodwin, Registered Manager at Amicare said: "We at Amicare are proud to donate the money we raised to LOROS, we felt LOROS deserved the proceeds due to the fantastic work they do."
We would like to thank everyone at Amicare for their wonderful work and for choosing to support LOROS with their Family Fun Day. We are looking forward to working with them in the future.
