Hi, my name is Angela I have worked at LOROS for over 15 years in the Complementary Therapy Department, previously I was a nurse. I feel I have learnt so much from patients and carers own experiences, which has informed my practice. I believe passionately that each one of us can reach our own potential. Coaching can empower you to make the right choices for you, these sessions are provided in a safe, non-judgemental and supportive environment; where the entire focus is about you. Please email me to book a session.
Hannah Bold
Role: Occupational Therapist (clinical lead)
Interests: My allotment, running, cycling
Hello, I’m Hannah. I have worked here, onsite at LOROS for the last 3 years. I qualified in 2004 from University of Southampton. I am at my happiest outdoors or just generally pottering about! I am really passionate about my job, it’s a privilege working with patients and their loved ones. As an OT I naturally enjoy hearing about people’s interests, what motivates them and their goals and choices; seeking creative solutions to help them overcome every day task barriers and challenges.
As your Coach I will not judge you or tell you what to do. Most often the challenge it is just knowing where to start! A lovely phrase resonates with me: “it’s not what you see, it’s how you see it”. Coaching can help you take time away from your busy day to see and consider alternative ways of viewing a situation to you plan your next steps. We will work together to allow you to think creatively, and safely, to unpick the barriers, identify the issue and how you can approach the next step. Everything discussed is confidential. I can offer 1:1 sessions via telephone, face to face or virtually – I just ask that we arrange an agreed time and date.
Laura Crowson
Role: Supporter Data Manager
Interests: Family, travel, good food!
Hi, I’m Laura and I have worked at LOROS for over 10 years. I started my career at LOROS in the Fundraising Team and now work in Supporter Data that sits within Income Generation. As a Coach I’m here to listen and help you to unlock the solution and achieve your goals. I’m flexible with when and where you would like to meet. We can meet on Teams, in a café or even go for a walk 😊!
Andrew Ward
Role: Events Lead
Interests: Hiking, Running, or anything generally outdoors!
I’m Andrew and I have been at LOROS for around 8 years now working within the Fundraising Team on our LOROS Events. I have benefitted from coaching so much in the past and it has really helped me to work through various problems and issues, some of which I didn’t even know I had! You may not even have anything specific you wish to talk about, but coaching will help you take control of your own role and development, coming up with your own solutions and the ability to drive them forwards. We’re all very friendly so please do pop over and ask any one of us more about how coaching might be able to help you if you’re interested.
