LOROS is encouraging everyone to take part in Jolly Jumper Day this December and raise vital funds for the Hospice over the Festive season.

From businesses, to schools, organisations and universities, the Groby Road charity is inviting everyone to dig out their favourite Christmas jumpers for LOROS next month.

The campaign is simple: all LOROS is asking is for you to pick any day in December to be your ‘Jolly Jumper Day’, then encourage all of your peers and colleagues to wear their Festive knits and donate £1 to the Hospice.

LOROS Fundraising Co-ordinator Magdalena Korytkowska said: “Get in the Festive spirit while raising money for charity this Christmas by taking part in our annual Jolly Jumper Day.

“Whether it’s a simple Santa jumper you will be wearing, or a glittery knit complete with fairy lights and tinsel – we want to see everyone donning their Christmas jumpers for LOROS this December.”

And there is no need to stop there – why not organise a party at home or hit the town with friends, all dressed in your festive best for LOROS.

Magda added: “Campaigns like these are a great example of how easy it is to give something back.”
