For the next 30 days, LOROS is encouraging everyone in Leicestershire and Rutland to lend their support to its 30 For 30 campaign.
The fund-raising effort, which will be running throughout September, marks three decades since the hospice opened its doors to its first patient.
People are being encouraged to help give the charity a birthday to remember by doing 30 things for LOROS and raising or donating £30 to the Groby Road hospice.
Plenty of people have already got in touch to say they want to be involved, including Great British Bake Off winner Frances Quinn, The Voice finalist Sally Barker and Hollyoaks' Charlie Clapham.
From artists to Zumba dancers, young to old, LOROS wants as many people as possible to help raise awareness of the hospice.
If you are planning an event, or taking on a challenge to support the campaign, e-mail: marketing@loros.co.uk
Remember to post your fundraising photos on social media using the hashtag "LOROS30".
