More than 20 businesses swapped the office for the golf course to raise money for LOROS.
Twenty-four teams competed in the annual event at the Rothley Park Golf Club, raising more than £14,000 between them.
Diane Morris, fund-raising manager at LOROS, said: "Everyone had a wonderful day of golf, while raising money for the hospice. I'm so grateful to all the players for participating and for their generosity in raising an amazing amount.
"The money raised could pay a LOROS nurse to look after our patients for five months."
A buffet lunch was provided at the start of the event and it ended with a dinner, raffle and auction.
The winning team was Spire Leicester Hospital Team Two, with Charnwood Supplies second and Babcock Bulls in third.
Peter Pull, from Office Friendlies, clinched the men's Nearest the Pin title and Colin Taylor from Spire Leicester Hospital Team Two won Men's Longest Drive.
The ladies'Longest Drive was won by Dee Laurie, from Abaco.
"Congratulations to all of the winners," said Diane.
