There has been a flurry of fundraising activities at The Old Inn in Littlethorpe where the staff and their regulars have taken part in the Annual Lads Cycle and also organised a Funday and Hog roast.
So far, they have raised an amazing £1059.26 for LOROS and they are looking to continue their support with further fundraising activities in the near future.
Adrian Walker, Senior Fundraiser at LOROS said: "We would like to thank the staff and supporters of the The Old Inn for choosing to support us. LOROS is a local charity and without the loyal and generous support of our community we simply could not exist. We rely on your contributions to provide palliative and end of life care completely free of charge, to local patients and their families every day of the year.
"As an example, the money raised by the Old Inn could pay for 7 people to attend for Day Therapy or 10 Community Nurse Specialist visits to our patients - so you see, your contribution really has made a difference - Thank you again for your continued support."
