Sean Quinn recently cycled from Leicester to Skegness as part of the LOROS team.
His aim was to to raise funds for the Hospice in memory of Margaret Quinn who passed away at the Hospice only 10 days prior to the ride and his father Frank Quinn who also passed away in LOROS in May 2013.
Sean, who completed the cycle along with his cousin Brett Darby and some of his friends, raised a fantastic £835; not to be outdone, his friends raised a further £500 between them.
Last year Sean raised more than £500 for LOROS competing in the Northampton "Tough Mudder" and said that he will continue to complete a yearly challenge for LOROS in recognition of their wonderful work.
Debbie Dickman, Fundraising Co-ordinator at LOROS said, "We are very grateful to Sean, his family and friends and everyone else who takes on annual challenges to raise funds for us. The cash raised will help us to maintain our services to our patients and their families".
