Hospice butterfly project

The LOROS butterfly project was open to patients, staff and volunteers across the Hospice.

The project was the idea of Cecilia Davis, our Creative Therapist, who wanted to show people how a small creative idea can be transformed into a large scale art piece – and that everyone can get involved!

Butterflies were chosen as they signify creativity and transformation. A whole window of our Day Therapy room is covered, creating a beautiful rainbow effect when the sun shines through them.

It’ll be in place till summer, so pop in and have a look if you’re visiting the Hospice.
