During the last week of August, Gary Foster who works at APPE will take on the immense challenge of cycling the famous route starting on the 24th.

Gary Foster is 48 and a relative new-comer to the cycling world and took on the inspiring challenge to spur him on to change his lifestyle in order to get fit and healthy.

To date he has lost three stone training and anticipates a total loss of four stone by the end of the challenge.

Gary is riding for two charities, one is LOROS, which is a palliative care charity that helps and supports cancer patients.
