A charity street race raised £2,000 for LOROS.
About 400 people took part in the event, organised by Hinckley Running Club, Hinckley and Bosworth Building Society and the hospice.
One-mile and 5km events were held in Hinckley.
Participants in the one-mile fun run were encouraged to don fancy dress.
Daniel Goss won this race, with Bill Martin victorious in the five-kilometre race.
Christian Weikert-Picker, a fundraiser at LOROS, said: "The idea was to raise money and to encourage people to get outdoors and be active."
Dave Masser, race director at Hinckley Running Club, said: "I am delighted we have continued our support to this event.
"We appreciate the generosity of all our runners who helped to make the event a success."
