The girls from EM Studio in Stamford Street, Leicester, scooped the top under-16s prize at Leicester's Got Talent, which was held at Platinum Suite in Cobden Street, Leicester, on Saturday night.
More than 30 acts entered the competition, which raised cash for LOROS hospice.
Dance teacher Emma Sperry said she was proud of her team of nine girls, all aged between seven and 14.
"They were absolutely brilliant," she said.
"The performance had a theme of ragdolls, with the girls being dolls at the start, and then it moved into a more hip hop style.
"They worked very hard on the routine. They were great, and more importantly they loved it."
Matt Dobson, a swing and jazz artist, wowed the contest judges with his soulful voice, securing him victory in the over-16s category.
The event was organised by Gary Rolfe, whose daughter Mikala has competed in the competition before and opened the show.
He said: "It was an exceptionally good show and the competitors did a really good job.
"It went down really well and everyone had fun watching a variety of acts."
All participants received medals donated by Leicester-based insurance company Allsopp Kanabar, and the winners shared £500 worth of vouchers donated by Next fashion.
The final total that will be given to LOROS is still being calculated.
